Our Painting Facilities
ABI Coating Specialists have Fully Equipped 4,000SQM Abrasive Blasting and Industrial coatings workshops with integrated Spray booths and two blast room facilities within a 35,000sqm yard. This includes 2 large truck painting booths in workshop 1 (up to 20x8x6m (LWH) - shown above) and 8 ventilated preparation and painting areas.
The 6 ventilated preparation and painting areas located in Workshop 2 are configured in two groups each with 3 adjacent working areas separated by heavy curtains . This is shown in the photo below. This provides a very versatile working space that can either be used as 3 separate large painting areas or opened up to provide one massive working area that can accommodate large equipment or structures of any shape or size. Alternatively it can split into 2 separate working areas - one large and one very large. This is the largest and most versatile facility of it's type in Queensland.
